You can work at your own pace on this course and take as much or as little time as you need for it. The average time that it takes to complete the course is 1-2 months, but it all depends on how much time you have to dedicate to your studies.

The Spiritual Reflexology course is based mainly on a singular text. It is very complete and walks you through all the steps of learning and practicing Reflexology. It also includes an audio learning CD that give additional insights into holistic healing.

This course will teach you how to help relieve specific ailments through Foot Reflexology. It will also give you an overview of the history and development of reflexology.

The course resources combine with your coursework to give you a good, well-rounded view of reflexology, giving you the confidence and capability to practice successfully.

You will also receive a laminated reflexology chart, which is a wonderful resource to have as you are practicing reflexology. Clients will always ask you what spot it is that you are pressing, so the chart really comes in handy for a quick answer.
